Control Of Major Accident Hazards (COMAH) Regulations 1999 - This website provides information on the COMAH regulations which came into force on the 1st April 1999. These regulations implemented the Seveso II Directive, and replaced the Control of Industrial Major Accident Hazard Regulations 1984 (CIMAH) - An amendment to the Seveso II Directive is planned for implementation by July 2005 which will broaden the scope of the COMAH Regulations.
